The Airport Managers of Puget Sound (AMPS) was founded to bring together airport directors and aviation leaders from across the Puget Sound region to collaborate on shared issues affecting regional aviation. The organization was started by three airport directors: David Decoteau of Boeing Field / King County International Airport, Josh Marcy of Paine Field, and Tim Mesonides of Auburn Municipal Airport.
